Do not reduce Ecosprin 75 frequency to once in 3 days. It is prescribed for continuous antiplatelet effect, especially after suspected hypoglycemic event with cardiovascular risk. Keep daily or as physician advised. Atorvastatin should also be continued regularly; LDL 113 is still above optimal for diabetics. Ayurvedic support (safe with current drugs): Arjun chhal kwath: 20–30 ml twice daily after food Dalchini kwath: 15–20 ml once daily morning (monitor sugar) Add Guduchi satva 500 mg twice daily Amalaki churna 3 g at night with lukewarm water
Should we give ecosprin on alternate days if a hypoglycaemia but in hypoglycaemia ecosprin is not required therefore confused
There is a significant misunderstanding regarding the insulin shock. An insulin shock is severe hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). However, doctors do not prescribe Ecosprin 75 (a blood thinner) and Atorvastatin (a cholesterol-lowering medication) for low blood sugar. These specific medications are prescribed when a doctor suspects a Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA/mini-stroke) or a cardiovascular event. Ecosprin keeps the blood platelets from clumping together to prevent a stroke or heart attack, and Atorvastatin stabilizes plaque in the arteries. ✓Do not reduce the Ecosprin to once in three days. Aspirin only stays active in the body for a short time. Taking it every three days completely destroys its protective antiplatelet effect, leaving your father completely vulnerable to a clot. Only his prescribing cardiologist or neurologist can safely alter this dosage after reviewing his ECG and lipid profile. ✓Ayurvedic Action Plan To answer your question: Yes, you can give him Arjuna Chaal and Dalchini Kadha as a supportive therapy to strengthen his heart and naturally manage his LDL and blood sugar, but it must be used as an adjunct to his current medicines, not a replacement. 1. Arjuna Chaal and Dalchini Kadha Preparation: Take 1/2 teaspoon of pure Arjuna bark powder and just a small pinch (1/4 teaspoon) of Dalchini (Cinnamon) powder. Boil them in 2 cups of water on a low flame until the water reduces to 1 cup. Strain it well. Dosage: 1 cup once a day. Time: First thing in the morning on an empty stomach. ✓Crucial Care Rules Strict 2-Hour Gap: Because Arjuna naturally improves blood circulation and acts as a mild natural blood thinner, you must maintain a strict gap of at least 2 to 3 hours between drinking the Ayurvedic Kadha and taking the Allopathic Ecosprin or Atorvastatin to prevent any liver processing overlap or over-thinning of the blood. Watch for Bleeding: While this combination is generally safe when spaced out, because he is on Ecosprin, keep an eye out for any signs of easy bruising on his skin or bleeding gums while brushing. If you notice this, stop the Kadha and consult your doctor. Stay Hydrated: The Kadha can sometimes create mild dryness. Ensure he is drinking plenty of warm water throughout the day to keep his kidneys flushing properly. Regards, Dr Gursimran Jeet Singh MD Panchakarma
Doctor we had done all the test like ct scan carotid doppler and all the reports were normal it was a hypoglycaemia event but because of diabetics and high cholestrol like ldl 113 doctor said you can take daily for 1 month then alternate days But we were wanting to discontinue it through tapering and give arjun ki chal as replacement as reports were ok and there was no problem in that
Okay, then take it every 3 days and keep a regular check on lipid profile levels, every 3-4 months. If there’s sudden breathlessness or dyspnoea, immediately consult. Meanwhile continue Arjun and dalchini kadha.
Doctor like my uncle is also an ayurvedic doctor he viewed reports and suggested me to taper ecosprin 75 and start arjun chal as both works same and ecosprin is not good for long term if you dont have any cardiovascular problem is his opinion right And can you suggest your opinion tooo which will help alot because i am too confused that what should i do Because we consulted neurologist and cardiologist both Both suggested 1 month regular then said that can take alternate days on own after one month and show in 3 months And my dad is taking ecosprin currently on alternate days from 15 days
Just continue for once in every 3 days and then stop it and rely on arjun kadha.
Doctor sath sath me arjun chal start kar skte hai na jis din ecosprin nahi de rhe hai un days
