Low hemoglobin (8) and low serum iron (24) indicate significant iron deficiency, so along with Ayurvedic support, proper medical evaluation is also important to rule out causes like heavy bleeding, nutritional deficiency, or poor absorption. In Ayurveda, this condition is related to Pandu Roga caused by weakness of Rasa and Rakta Dhatu. You can start with: Punarnava Mandur – 2 tablets twice daily after meals with lukewarm water Draksharishta – 15 ml with equal water twice daily after meals Include iron-rich foods like black raisins, dates, pomegranate, beetroot, jaggery, sesame seeds, spinach, and green vegetables regularly. For better absorption: Take Amla or vitamin C rich foods daily. Avoid tea/coffee immediately after meals. Maintain proper sleep and stress control.

Hemoglobin 8 aur Serum Iron 24 hona ek gambhir chinta ka vishay hai, jise medical bhasha mein Iron Deficiency Anemia aur Ayurveda mein Pandu Roga kehte hain. 48 ki umar (peri-menopause phase) mein hormonal badlav aur unbalanced diet ki wajah se aapka Rakta Dhatu (khoon) andar hi andar kamzor ho gaya hai. Iske sath hi HDL (good cholesterol) ka 32 hona yeh batata hai ki processed fast food khane ki wajah se aapki body mein healthy fats ki bhari kami ho gayi hai. Khoon ki kami ki wajah se aapke organs tak oxygen nahi pahunch pa rahi hai, yahi karan hai ki aapko din bhar severe thakan, weakness aur emotional stress mehsoos ho raha hai. Sabse achi baat yeh hai ki aapka pachan (digestion) abhi bilkul theek hai, jiska matlab hai ki Ayurvedic dawaiyan body mein bohot tezi se absorb hongi aur apna asar dikhayengi. ✓Ayurvedic Action Plan Hamein aapke body mein natural iron ko badhana hai, thakan ko door karna hai aur HDL (good fats) ko wapas sahi level par lana hai. 1. Punarnavadi Mandoor Dosage: 2 tablets din mein do baar. Time: Khana khane ke 30 minute baad. Vehicle: Halke gungune paani ke sath. 2. Lohasava Dosage: 15 ml dawa ko 15 ml normal paani mein milakar. Time: Din mein do baar, Punarnavadi Mandoor ke theek baad lein. 3. Arjuna Ksheerpaka (Doodh aur Arjuna) Usage: Aadha chammach Arjuna ki chhal ka powder 1 cup doodh aur 1 cup paani mein daal kar tab tak ubaalein jab tak sirf doodh (1 cup) baaki reh jaye. Time: Raat ko sone se 30 minute pehle. ✓Crucial Care Rules Lohe Ke Bartan Ka Istemal: Aaj se hi apni sabzi aur dal hamesha lohe ki kadhai (cast iron pan) mein banana shuru karein. Lohe ke bartan mein khana pakane se natural iron apne aap khane mein ghul jata hai jo aapki body aasani se absorb kar leti hai. Vitamin C is Mandatory: Iron bina Vitamin C ke body mein kabhi absorb nahi hota. Apne lunch aur dinner mein rozana aadha nimbu (lemon) nichod kar khayein, ya din mein ek taza Amla zaroor khayein. Stop Processed Foods & Add Ghee: Packaged aur processed khana aapke HDL ko gira raha hai aur khoon ko patla kar raha hai. Isey poori tarah band karein. Apni dal aur sabzi mein rozana 1 se 2 chammach shuddh Desi Cow Ghee shamil karein. Ghee aapke HDL ko naturally badhayega aur weakness ko andar se khatam karega.
