Go for the virechana Panchkarma procedure — under supervision firstly with your body type and your bala…it will be decided when to perform it…after that…along with this…oral medicines will start and give u the good results. -Early greying is caused by increased heat (Pitta), mental stress, and weak nutrition to hair roots, which reduces natural hair pigment (melanin). — for now…start with Internal medicines: 1) Bhringraj Rasayan – 1 tsp twice daily with lukewarm water / milk after food 2) Amla Churna – 1 tsp twice daily with honey or water 3) Saraswatarishta – 15 ml with equal water after meals (for migraine + stress) ----External therapy: Bhringraj oil / Neelibhringadi taila – scalp massage 3 times/week (30–60 min before bath) ----Pathya (diet advice): Amla, coconut water, cucumber, bottle gourd Milk, ghee in moderate quantity Avoid spicy, fried, sour, fermented foods, excess tea/coffee —Lifestyle: Adequate sleep (7–8 hrs) Shiroshoolahara pranayama (Sheetali, Nadi Shodhana) Avoid heat exposure, stress, and irregular meals
