At 68 years, imbalance and instability can be due to Vata aggravation, muscle weakness, knee degeneration, nerve weakness, vitamin deficiency, cervical issues, Parkinsonism, or inner ear problems. Clinical evaluation and balance assessment are important if falls are frequent. Take Yogaraj Guggulu – 1 tablet twice daily after food. Ashwagandha Churna – 3 gm with warm milk at night. Dashmoolarishta – 15 ml with equal water twice daily after meals. Daily gentle massage with warm Mahanarayana Taila on knees, legs, and lower back. Simple balance exercises and slow walking with support. Diet: Warm freshly cooked food. Cow ghee in small quantity. Avoid excess dry, cold, and stale foods.
