How to treat sinus issues, throat pain, and burning feet in a 60-year-old with diabetes and acid reflux? - #55222
I am 60 years old. On diabetic remission from February. My A1c today is 5.1.I have Sinus problem, nose block at night, Saliva out flow, acid reflux, throat burning and pain, feet burning, ankle itching, skin dryness after food, neck stiffness and pain etc.I think most of these are Gut related. At present using Triphala Guggul two tablets daily from May 1st. Is it enough? How long I have to continue? What other treatment can be followed. I am taking amlodipine 5 mg for HT.

●Tulsi Capsules - 2 Capsules, twice daily with plain water after meals. ●Praan Rakshak Churna - 1 teaspoonful, twice daily with plain water after meals. ●Aller-G Care - 2 Capsules, twice daily with plain water after meals. ●Curcumin Capsules - 2 Capsule, twice daily with plain water after meals. ●Shitophaladi churna + Talisadi churna + honey take 1 teaspoon all and mix well and lick it 3 rimes a day. Get plenty of rest. Drink plenty of fluids.Always moisten your sinus cavities.Apply warm compresses to your face.Rinse out your nasal passage.Sleep with your head elevated
Add some more medicines 1. Chandraprava vati 1-0-1 after food with normal water 2. Goksuradi guggulu 1-0-1 after food with normal water 3.Arjuna tablet 1-0-1 after food with normal water ( for better healthy heart) 4 . Kamdhuda ras tablet 1-0-1 after food with normal water ( for better your acidity) Avoid curd,oily,spicy,sour and street food Drink daily 2.5-3l water per day Morning walk 20-25 min per day
