Shilajit may slightly affect blood thinning and blood pressure in some people. Take Pure Shilajit resin 125–250 mg once daily after breakfast with warm milk or lukewarm water. Avoid high doses or mixed gym supplements. Stop if you get acidity, palpitations, dizziness, black stools, or excess sweating. For cholesterol and heart support Arjuna churna 3 g twice daily after food with warm water. Lashun (garlic) 1 small clove daily after food if it suits digestion. Light walking, less oily food, avoid smoking and alcohol. Do not stop aspirin or atorvastatin without your cardiologist’s advice.
