I am facing weight loss from few years and not able to gain weight as well my appetite also getting weak I also have medically check for thyroid but reports are negative I just want some consultation on it

So this line of treatment according to your symptoms is good for you 1. Chitrakadi vati 1-1-1-1 after food sucking. This is help for your cleaning aam( toxin) 2. Hingwaastak vati 1-0-1 after food with normal water . This table help for increasing your appetite. 3. Ashwagandha+satavari powder both are mix well and take 1/2tsf BD with luckwarm milk after food.( This combination help for increasing your weight) 4. Haritaki tablet 1 HS after food with luckwarm water ( this table help for your better digestion and good bowel movement) Avoid heavy item like chana rajma …oily food ,street food , sour food 3.

Since this is present for more than 2 years with digestive issues and irregular meals, the root cause is likely malabsorption + weak metabolism, not a hormonal problem. Ayurvedic Approach 1. Improve digestion (first priority) Without strong Agni, weight gain will not happen. Take Trikatu Churna (dry ginger + black pepper + long pepper) → ¼ tsp with honey before meals (once or twice daily) OR Hingvastak Churna → ½ tsp before meals with warm water 2. Strengthen appetite + nourishment Chyawanprash – 1 tsp daily in morning Ashwagandha – helps build strength and body mass → 1 capsule or 3–5 g powder with warm milk at night 3. Diet correction (very important) Eat fixed meal timings daily Prefer warm, cooked, oily, easy-to-digest food Include: rice, ghee, milk, banana, dry fruits Avoid: cold drinks, raw salads, skipping meals 4. Lifestyle support Light walking after meals Proper sleep (very important for weight gain) Reduce stress (Vata aggravation reduces appetite) Expected improvement: Appetite: 2–3 weeks Weight gain: 6–10 weeks with consistency
