Doctors' responses

From an Ayurvedic point of view, this condition is usually seen as an imbalance of Vata dosha, especially due to age, long-term illness, stress, and weakness of the nervous system. Excess Vata can cause: dizziness, imbalance, dryness, pain in joints, cervical and lumbar issues. –Poor circulation (Rakta & Sira involvement) may contribute to varicose veins and DVT tendency. Weak digestion (Agni disturbance) can worsen IBS and general weakness. –Overall, it is considered a Vata-predominant systemic imbalance affecting nervous system and circulation, not a single disease. Treatment focus is on Vata pacification, strengthening body tissues, and improving stability. ------ what is your age ? And what symptoms you are facing at present? - your sleep pattern? - diet? - constipation or clear bowel? - micturition? Tell firstly about brief history so that will able to give u proper guidelines

my diet is mixed typical south indian In the mornings I’m not very hungry But at night I’m hungry I’m obese My weight is 85 I’m into menopause

From an Ayurveda perspective, your symptoms may be understood mainly as a long-standing imbalance of Vata dosha, especially aggravated in the Majja dhatu (nervous system) and Asthi dhatu (bones/spine), along with weak digestion (Agni) and accumulation of Ama (toxins due to improper digestion). -----This imbalance can manifest as: dizziness and imbalance, neck and back weakness, joint and hand pain, disturbed sleep, anxiety/fear while walking, IBS symptoms, variable appetite, dryness and weakness after menopause. -----Your condition appears chronic and multi-factorial, so Ayurveda generally focuses on: improving digestion, -calming aggravated Vata, -strengthening nerves and muscles, -improving sleep, -gentle movement and balance restoration, -stress reduction, -and gradual lifestyle correction rather than quick cure.

Rx 1. Ashwagandhadi lehyam– 1 tsf with warm milk twice daily after meal 2. Brahmi vati – 1 tab at night 3. Avipattikar churna – 3 g at bedtime with warm water 4. Dashamoola kwatha – 15 ml with equal warm water after food twice daily 5. Ksheerabala taila (external) gentle application over neck and lower back Pathya: - Warm soft diet - Avoid cold/refrigerated food - Avoid prolonged sitting - Gentle supervised walking - Regular sleep timing ----Strict advice: Any bleeding, black stools, gum bleeding, severe giddiness, or increased swelling should be immediately reported because you are on blood thinner therapy.

Your condition presents with a complex multi-systemic condition involving Vata-Pitta imbalance, affecting the nervous system (Majja Dhatu), skeletal system (Asthi Dhatu), and vascular system (Rakta Vahini Srotas). The combination of cervical spondylosis, listhesis, and dizziness point a severe Vata Vyadhi (neurological/musculoskeletal disorder), while DVT and Varicose veins indicate Raktamarga Avarodha (obstruction in blood channels). 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 1) Trayodashang gugglu- 2 tab twice a day with Luke warm water 2) Saraswatarishta-15-20 ml Twice a day (Post-meal) Equal amount of Water 3) Punarnavadi Kashayam 15 mlTwice a day (Pre-meal)45 mlLukewarm Water 4)Bilwadi Gutika 1 Tablet Twice a day Lukewarm Water 5) Kshirabala Taila (101) 2- DropsOnce a day (Morning)Per nostril 6) Mahanarayan Taila Local Application 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 Use a cervical collar during travel and avoid bending forward Eat warm freshly cooked oily and sweet salty food include cow ghee in your diet Avoid cold drink dry snacks vegetables like cabbage cauliflower and curd at night

Hello, Your condition actually connect through one common pattern rather than being separated diseases In Ayurveda this looks mainly like chronic aggravated vata affecting -nerves -spine -circulation -digestion -balance system -mental confidence And medically -cervical spondylosis can itself cause dizziness/imbalance -long term stress/fear worsens IBS and dizziness -poor circulation + DVT/varicose veins indicate vascular weakness So your body is in a state of -degeneration + nervous system over alertness + circulation imbalance Most important first Because you have -DVT history -dizziness -imbalance -are taking Acitrom (blood thinner) Please do Not take random strong Ayurvedic medicines or oils internally without supervision Some herbs can interfere with blood thinners Internal management 1) Nervous system + dizziness -Ksheerbala 101 taila= 5 drops in warm milk at night =calms vata, hels dizziness, fearfullness, nerve weakness 2) Spine + hand pain -Dhanwantaram taila= external massage on neck , back, hands Daily mild heat after massage -Trayodashang guggulu= 2 tabs twice daily after meals =best for pain 3) IBS + bloating -Hinguvachadi gulika= 1 tab twice daily after meals =helps gas, IBS, digestion Importat lifestyle -slow walking indoors -regular sleep -warm cooked meals -hydration Avoid -sudden neck movements -long screens/mobile posture -fasting -cold foods -overexertion Why you feel afraid to go out alone Part is physical imbalance But after long dizziness, the brain develops -Fear of falling/fear of symptoms This is common and real- not weakness As confidence reduces -Dizziness feels worse -balance becomes more sensitive So treatment must calm both -nervous system -fear response Important tests to recheck -vitamin B12, D -cervical MRI if worsening -inner ear/vestibular evaluatin -hemogloin -thyroid These deficiencies commonly worsen dizziness and nerve pain Can Ayurevda completely cure all this after many years? Probably not fully But it can often help -reduce pain -calm dizziness -improve digestion -improve confidence and daily functioning The best results usually come from -gentle physiotherapy -careful Ayurvedic support -balance exercises -stress regulation -continued medical monitoring for DVT/blood thinner safety Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you

Aapke case me multiple conditions ek saath hain, isliye symptoms “ek disease” ki wajah se nahi balki combined body system imbalance ki wajah se ho rahe hain. Main points: DVT + varicose veins → blood circulation slow hoti hai, isse heaviness, dizziness aur fatigue ho sakta hai Cervical spondylosis → neck nerves affect hoti hain, isse imbalance, giddiness aur hand pain ho sakta hai Lumbar listhesis → posture aur nerve pressure se weakness aur instability IBS + anxiety → gut-brain axis disturb hota hai, isse dizziness aur fear of going out badhta hai Acitrom (blood thinner) → BP fluctuations ya weakness ka feeling de sakta hai agar monitoring irregular ho Iska main reason “single disease” nahi, balki circulation + nerves + anxiety + spine issues ka combination hai. Ab kya karna chahiye: Acitrom bina doctor ke change/stop na karein Regular INR monitoring zaroor karein Long standing/sudden movements avoid karein Neck aur back physiotherapy gentle form me start karein Hydration aur regular small meals lein Dashmool kwath – 15 ml twice daily (nerve + pain support) Ashwagandha churna – 1 teaspoon at night with milk Saraswatarishta – 15 ml twice daily after food Agar dizziness “toilet jaate time bhi” ho raha hai, to BP + anemia + INR check important hai, aur neurologist review bhi advisable hai. Regards, Dr Raghuveer (Ayurvedacharya)

Hello, It is completely understandable to feel overwhelmed and fearful when dealing with multiple, seemingly disconnected health issues. Managing severe pain, constant dizziness, and vascular conditions takes a massive physical and emotional toll, especially when it makes simple tasks like going to the toilet feel unsafe. Why These Multiple Conditions Exist Together At 50, the body undergoes significant hormonal and structural transitions that can cause multiple health issues to surface simultaneously. Rather than being entirely random, your conditions are interconnected through a few main physical mechanisms: The Dizziness and Imbalance: Your constant unsteadiness, which worsens during minor physical transitions like moving toward the toilet, is heavily driven by cervical spondylosis. This wear-and-tear in the neck can disrupt the nerve signals (proprioception) that tell your brain how your body is positioned, a condition known as cervicogenic dizziness. Furthermore, Acetrom (an oral anticoagulant) requires very precise monitoring; if your blood levels fluctuate, or if it causes mild internal shifts, dizziness can occur as a side effect or a sign of an altered International Normalized Ratio (INR).
DVT and Varicose Veins: Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) in your left leg and varicose veins in your right leg both point to a systemic issue with venous circulation and blood pooling. The severe hand pain is linked to the cervical spondylosis, where compressed nerves in the neck radiate pain down your arms.
Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS): The gut is highly sensitive to chronic stress, pain, and anxiety. The constant fear of falling and the physical stress of your joint and vascular issues directly aggravate IBS through the gut-brain axis. In Ayurveda, your symptoms reflect a profound systemic imbalance primarily involving Vata Dosha, with a secondary involvement of Pitta Dosha affecting the blood vessels (Rakta Dhatu). Vata Vyadhi (Degeneration & Imbalance): Cervical spondylosis, lumbar listhesis, severe hand pain, dizziness, loss of balance, and IBS (specifically Vata-type altered bowel movements) are all classic manifestations of aggravated Vata. Vata governs movement, space, and the nervous system. When it increases with age (the Vata stage of life) and dry degeneration, it causes joint instability and neurological instability (dizziness). Rakta-Pitta Vyadhi (Vascular Alterations): Your DVT (Siraja Granthi—a blood clot in the vein) and varicose veins (Sira Kautilya—twisted veins) represent a combined disturbance where vitiated Vata and Pitta blood-thinning/heating properties alter the structure and flow within the blood vessels. Because you are taking Acetrom, extreme caution must be exercised. Many potent Ayurvedic herbs can interact with blood thinners and dangerously alter your clotting time (INR). Therefore, the following selection focuses strictly on mild, Vata-pacifying, and tissue-supporting medicines from Ayurveda. 1. Prasaranyadi Kwatham (Tablet Form) Purpose: Specifically targets the upper body, cervical spine, and shoulder/hand pain. It helps relieve nerve compression and reduces Vata in the skeletal system. Dose: 2 tablets twice a day, taken on an empty stomach (1 hour before breakfast and 1 hour before dinner), with a little warm water. 2. Gandha Thailam (Capsule Form) Purpose: A traditional formulation renowned for strengthening bones, joints, and addressing spinal instability like lumbar listhesis and cervical degeneration. Dose: 1 to 2 capsules twice a day, taken after meals with warm water or warm milk. 3. Sahacharadi Thailam (For Gentle External Application Only) Purpose: Highly effective for Vata disorders affecting the lower limbs and spine. Dose/Application: Apply gently over the neck, lower back, and your right leg (with varicose veins) in an upward direction. Strictly avoid massaging or applying pressure to your left leg where the DVT is located, as massaging a DVT site can dislodge the clot. Check Your INR Immediately: Because you are experiencing persistent dizziness that worsens with exertion (like going to the toilet), you must get your blood tested for Prothrombin Time (PT/INR). Share these results with the doctor who prescribed your Acetrom to ensure your dose is safe.
