How do I get relief in pelvic hypertonia. I have regular bowel movements. But I feel false poop urges or rectal pressure. It is especially worse with sitting.somet8mes I feel mild pain in vaginal area or false leaky sensations.

Do this: Avoid prolonged sitting Warm sitz bath 10–15 mins daily Don’t strain during bowel movement Gentle walking and relaxation breathing daily Avoid: Excess stress/anxiety Tight pelvic muscle exercises/Kegels for now Medicines: Ashwagandha churna – 1 tsp at bedtime with warm milk Triphala tablet – 1 at bedtime Dashmoolarishta – 15 ml with equal water twice daily after food Pelvic floor physiotherapy and relaxation exercises can help significantly.
