Yes, you can take Ashwagandha with Omega 3-6-9, but if you have palpitations, heart pain, severe itching or allergies, use cautiously because Ashwagandha may increase heat or sensitivity in some people. Take For stress, weakness, forgetfulness Ashwagandha churna 3 g at night with warm milk after food for 6 weeks For allergies and body itching Haridra Khanda 1 tsp twice daily after food Neem capsule 1 twice daily For uterine pain Ashokarishta 15 ml with equal water twice daily after meals For heart palpitations/anxiety Arjuna capsule 1 twice daily after food Avoid Spicy food Cold drinks Excess tea/coffee Seafood or foods triggering allergy
