ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਪੀਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮਨ ਤੇ ਨਰਵਸ ਸਿਸਟਮ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਘਬਰਾਹਟ, ਬੇਚੈਨੀ, ਡਰ, ਉਦਾਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਨੀਂਦ ਦੀ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਆ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ। ਆਯੁਰਵੇਦ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਇਹ ਵਾਤ ਅਤੇ ਪਿੱਤ ਵਧਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਹਲਕਾ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਖਾਣਾ ਖਾਓ, ਗੁੰਮ ਪਾਣੀ ਪੀਓ। ਸ਼ਰਾਬ, ਚਾਹ-ਕੌਫੀ ਅਤੇ ਤਿੱਖਾ ਖਾਣਾ ਬੰਦ ਕਰੋ। ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਗਰਮ ਦੁੱਧ ਵਿੱਚ 1 ਚਮਚ ਦੇਸੀ ਘਿਉ ਲਵੋ। ਸਵੇਰੇ ਟਹਿਲਣਾ, ਪ੍ਰਾਣਾਯਾਮ ਅਤੇ ਧਿਆਨ ਮਨ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਆਯੁਰਵੇਦਿਕ ਦਵਾਈਆਂ (ਵੈਦ ਦੀ ਸਲਾਹ ਨਾਲ) • ਅਸ਼ਵਗੰਧਾ ਚੂਰਨ – 1 ਚਮਚ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ • ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮੀ ਵਟੀ – 1 ਗੋਲੀ ਦਿਨ ਵਿੱਚ 2 ਵਾਰ • ਸਰਸਵਤਾਰਿਸ਼ਟ – 15 ml ਖਾਣੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ
