Shilajit hard (stone form) ho jana normal hai, quality expire hone se direct related nahi hota. Agar product authentic hai to use kiya ja sakta hai. Shilajit (cleaned) – 300–500 mg (chawal ke dane jitna) Garam doodh ke saath raat ko 1 baar Empty stomach ya bedtime best Joint pain ke liye saath me: Yograj Guggulu – 1 tablet twice daily after food Dashmool kwath – 15 ml twice daily Agar swelling ya pain badhe to uric acid / arthritis test karwana better rahega.
