Lekin age 64 years me aur agar digestion weak/acid reflux/loose motion, liver enzymes high, blood thinner, BP/diabetes/thyroid ki medicines chal rahi hain, Medohar Guggulu Kapha–Meda har hoti hai, weight/cholesterol tendency me use hoti hai, lekin gallbladder removal ke baad bile digestion pattern change hota hai, isliye dose धीरे-धीरे start karein. —Start: 1 tablet twice daily after meals with lukewarm water for 7 days. Agar acidity, burning, loose stool, पेट दर्द, nausea na ho, then 2 tablets twice daily after meals li ja sakti hain. Duration: 6–8 weeks, then review.
