I have piles,my hands and leg aches especially late at night and early morning.I also have pains under the left rib.Also the gas in my stomach.I am breastfeeding I don't know which herbs to use can you please help me.

For body aches (Vata imbalance) Daily warm oil massage (til oil) on legs and hands before bath Drink warm water throughout the day Gentle stretching in morning 4. This leads to dryness, strained bowel movements, and weakened localized tissue, resulting in piles. ••​Hand, Leg, and Joint Aches: Postpartum and breastfeeding draw heavily on your Rasa Dhatu (nutrient plasma) and Rakta Dhatu (blood). When these are depleted, Vata occupies the empty channels (Srotas) in your muscles and joints, causing deep, aching pains that characteristically peak late at night and early in the morning (the classic Vata times of the day). 1.Hingwashtak Churna: Take a very small pinch (approx. 500 mg to 1 gram) of Hingwashtak Churna with your first morsel of food during lunch and dinner, mixed with a teaspoon of warm cow’s ghee. This direct targeting will help release the trapped gas under your ribs. 2.Sitz Bath (Avagaha Sweda): Sit in a tub of warm water containing a decoction of Triphala Churna for 10-15 minutes after passing stools. This instantly relieves localized pain, reduces swelling in the piles, and maintains hygiene. 3.​Abhyanga (Warm Oil Massage): Because internal Vata-pacifying herbs must be limited during lactation, external management is your best friend.
