Zandu Livital may support liver function, digestion and detoxification because it contains liver-supportive herbs like Bhringraj, Guduchi, Kalmegh, Tamalaki etc. But it cannot protect the liver if alcohol intake continues 4 days/week, 3–4 drinks/day, and it will not directly reduce belly fat. Belly fat reduces mainly by alcohol reduction + calorie control + exercise. –From Ayurveda view, regular alcohol increases Pitta + Rakta dushti, weakens Yakrit agni, and can lead to meda vriddhi/fat accumulation around abdomen. –Advice: -First target: reduce alcohol to 1–2 days/week, then gradually stop or keep very occasional. -Avoid alcohol with fried, spicy, non-veg, late-night meals. -Continue daily exercise; add 30–40 min brisk walk + core/strength training. -Dinner light: soup/khichdi/dal + vegetables; avoid sugar, bakery, cold drinks. -Take warm water; avoid late-night eating. Get tests once: LFT, lipid profile, fasting sugar/HbA1c, ultrasound abdomen. -----Rx: 1) Zandu Livital 1 tab BD after food × 6 weeks 2) Arogyavardhini Vati 1 tab BD after food × 6 weeks 3) Triphala Churna 3 gm HS with lukewarm water × 4 weeks
Zandu Livital tablets may support liver function by helping improve digestion, metabolism, and natural detoxification. In Ayurveda, regular alcohol intake increases Pitta and puts extra load on the Yakrit (liver), which can gradually lead to fatty liver, acidity, bloating, and abdominal fat accumulation. For best results: Reduce alcohol quantity and keep 2–3 alcohol-free days weekly. Avoid oily, fried, late-night, and processed foods. Include warm water, lemon water, leafy vegetables, and light dinners. Continue daily exercise and good hydration. Regarding belly fat: Livital alone cannot specifically reduce belly fat. Fat reduction mainly depends on controlling alcohol intake, diet discipline, digestion improvement, and regular exercise. Alcohol itself commonly contributes to abdominal fat and fatty liver. You currently do not have liver-related symptoms, which is good, but if alcohol intake continues long term, consider yearly liver function tests and ultrasound screening for prevention.
