आपकी तकलीफ आयुर्वेद में ग्रिध्रसी (Sciatica) मानी जाती है, जिसमें कमर से लेकर पैर तक नसों में दर्द, जकड़न और खिंचाव रहता है। Ekangveer Ras वात रोगों और नसों के दर्द में उपयोगी औषधि मानी जाती है। सेवन विधि 1 गोली सुबह + 1 गोली शाम भोजन के बाद गुनगुने पानी से लें अधिक लाभ के लिए अदरक रस + शहद या दशमूल क्वाथ के साथ भी ले सकते हैं शुरुआत 4–6 सप्ताह तक करें साथ में लेने योग्य आयुर्वेदिक औषधियाँ Mahayograj Guggulu — 1 गोली दिन में 2 बार भोजन बाद Rasnadi Guggulu — नसों और जोड़ों के दर्द में लाभकारी Dashmool Kwath — 15–20 ml बराबर गुनगुना पानी मिलाकर सुबह-शाम बाहरी उपचार रोज रात को हल्का गर्म Mahanarayan Taila या सहचर तेल से कमर और पैर की मालिश करें उसके बाद हल्की सिकाई करें परहेज ठंडी चीजें, दही, फ्रिज का पानी, ज्यादा देर बैठना और भारी वजन उठाना बंद करें कब्ज न होने दें रोज हल्की वॉक और भुजंगासन, मकरासन जैसे हल्के योग करें

Sciatica में केवल Ekangveer Ras अकेले लेने से पूरा लाभ नहीं मिलता। वात शमन, nerve support और pain relief के लिए combination बेहतर रहता है। Ekangveer Ras 1 गोली सुबह-शाम भोजन के बाद गुनगुने पानी या महायोगराज गुग्गुल के साथ। Mahayograj Guggulu 2 गोली दिन में 2 बार भोजन के बाद। Dashmoolarishta 15 ml बराबर पानी मिलाकर दिन में 2 बार भोजन के बाद। बाहरी प्रयोग: Mahanarayana Taila कमर और पैर पर हल्का गुनगुना करके मालिश करें। परहेज ज्यादा देर बैठना, बाइक पर लंबा सफर, ठंडी चीजें, भारी वजन उठाना बंद करें। रोज हल्की walking और stretching करें।
