I am almost 70 years old. One year ago I started having severe headaches, now it is less but still there, what herbal should I take to get rid of it. Please advise.

●Follow a Pitta-pacifying diet. • Avoid spicy, sour, fermented, and citrus fruits. Eat soft, light, and easily digestible foods. • This diet is helpful in preventing and reducing headache. ●Breakfast 1 ripe banana 1 teaspoon warm ghee 1 teaspoon date sugar a pinch of cardamom This delicious breakfast can calm pitta and prevent headaches throughout the day. ●Shatavari - 5 parts Brahmi - 4 parts Jatamansi - 3 parts Musta - 3 parts Half a teaspoon with lukewarm water morning and evening. ●Lifestyle Guidance Sun Protection Migraines are often a Pitta disorder. Strong sunlight aggravates Pitta, triggering headaches. Cover your head and wear a hat when going out in the sun. ●Nasal Therapy For headaches, instill 5 drops of warm Brahmi ghee in each nostril. This calms the nerves and reduces pain. ●Herbal Tea to Calm the Mind Herbal Tea to Balance the Emotions Chamomile + Tulsi + Rose has a soothing and calming effect on both the mind and body.
