Hot and humid weather in Mumbai can aggravate Pitta and sweat glands, leading to excessive sweating, prickly heat, burning sensation, and skin irritation. In Ayurveda, this is commonly managed with cooling herbs, proper hydration, and heat-reducing diet. Paripathadi Kashayam is traditionally used for excess body heat, skin irritation, itching, and Pitta-related symptoms, so it may be helpful in your condition. A safer general approach is: • 10–15 ml Paripathadi Kashayam mixed with equal quantity of water, usually after meals 1–2 times daily. Additional cooling support: • Drink coriander-fennel infused water through the day. • Include coconut water, bottle gourd, cucumber, amla, and light home-cooked meals. • Avoid excessive spicy, fried, oily foods, alcohol, and too much tea/coffee. • Wear loose cotton clothes and keep skin dry to reduce prickly heat. • Bathing with cool water infused with neem leaves may soothe irritation naturally. Helpful Ayurvedic support if symptoms are severe: • Sutshekhar Ras – for excess body heat and acidity tendency under supervision. • Chandanasava – traditionally used for cooling and burning sensations. If sweating is associated with fever, weight loss, palpitations, severe itching, fungal infection, or night sweats, then proper medical evaluation is important For better results Consult with me on personal consultation
