Mujhe slate pem khane ka bahot shok hai isse mai kaise roku mai box ke box kha leti hu mai bahot pareshan ho chuki hu mai nahi khana chahti per fir bhi dhyan rahi rehta hai thodi si pem kha lu isse mai kaise chhutkara paa sakti hu plz mujhe batayen.

Slate pencil/pem khane ki craving ko Ayurveda aur modern medicine dono mein serious maana jata hai. Isse अक्सर Pica kaha jata hai, jo kai baar iron deficiency, calcium deficiency, -------------------stress/anxiety, ya hormonal imbalance ki wajah se hota hai. Roz pem/slate khane se पेट, intestines, kidneys aur blood par bura asar pad sakta hai. ----Ayurveda ke hisab se ye mainly Vata-Pitta dushti + Rasa/Rakta dhatu kshaya + Ama ka sanket ho sakta hai. —rx 1. Cap. Punarnava Mandur 1-1 capsule/tablet after lunch & dinner with warm water. 2. Praval Pishti 125 mg + honey, morning empty stomach. 3. Syp. Draksharishta 2 tsp + equal water after meals, twice daily. 4. Diet रोज अनार, चुकंदर, खजूर, काला किशमिश लें Til, makhana, doodh, ghee include karein Bahut spicy, packaged aur junk food avoid karein 5. Craving Control Tips -Jab pem khane ka mann kare tab तुरंत saunf + mishri ya roasted chana lein -Mouth busy rakhne ke liye elaichi/choti harad/use sugar-free chewing gum -Akeli baithkar pem na rakhein ghar mein -Stress/anxiety ho to deep breathing aur proper sleep rakhein -----Important Aapka CBC, Hemoglobin, Iron profile, Vitamin D, Calcium test karwana bahut zaroori hai, kyunki deficiency treat hone par craving kaafi kam ho jati hai. --------Agar weakness, hairfall, periods issue, ya chakkar bhi hote hain to bataiye — us hisab se aur specific prescription bataya ja sakta hai.
