Mucopain gel me Benzocaine (20%) hota hai. Agar bacche ne bohot thoda sa (ugli par laga hua ya chane ke daane jitna) khaya hai, toh aamtaur par badi musibat nahi hoti. Lekin, benzocaine bacchon ke liye thoda sensitive hota hai, isliye hume bilkul laparwahi nahi baratni hai. Aap turant ye steps follow kariye: 1. Immediate First Aid (Ghar par pehle ye karein) ••Mu saaf karein: Apni ungli par saaf, gila kapda lapetkar bacche ke mu ke andar jo bhi bacha-kucha gel hai, use turant ponchh kar nikal dein. ••Kulla karwayein / Paani pilayein: Agar baccha samajhdaar hai toh use kulla karwayein, nahi toh use thoda sa saaf paani pine ko dein taaki gale me laga gel pet me chala jaye aur local asar kam ho. Ulti (Vomit) NA karwayein: Bacche ko jaanbujhkar ulti karwane ki koshish bilkul mat kijiyega. Isse dawa saans ki nali me ja sakti hai. 2. Emergency Warning Signs (In lakshano par dhyan dein) Benzocaine ki wajah se bacchon me kabhi-kabhi Methemoglobinemia naam ki sthiti ho sakti hai, jisme khoon me oxygen kam ho jata hai. Agle 1 se 2 ghante bacche par kadi nazar rakhein. Agar niche diye gaye koi bhi lakshan dikhein, toh bina ek second gawaye hospital bhagein: ••Hoth, jeebh, ya nakhun ka rang neela (blue) ya gray padna. ••Bacche ko saans lene me takleef hona ya saans ka tez chalna. ••Bacche ka bohot zyada sust ho jana, behoshi jaisa lagna, ya rone par bhi thik se respond na karna. ••Chidchidapan ya chakkar aana.
