A moderate headache can sometimes occur in the beginning of Ayurvedic treatment due to individual body response, medicine suitability, digestion changes, or mild sensitivity to certain herbs. Since your headache started after taking Manasamritha Vati, Kutaj Parpati Vati, and Vilwadi Vati, it is better to observe carefully for 1–2 days. For now, you can follow these simple Ayurvedic measures: Take adequate rest and avoid screen exposure for some time. Drink slightly warm water in small amounts frequently. Apply a little cow ghee or coconut oil gently over the forehead and scalp. Avoid tea, coffee, spicy, oily, and heavy food tonight. Take light meals like moong khichdi or rice with cumin.
