I was taking abhyarishta syrup of Baidyanath jhansi . Now i bought Kottakkal abhyarishtam syrup. However ingredients are different in both. Which abhyarishta is better and more effective ? Baidyanath jhansi or Kottakkal abhyarishtam ?

"Both Baidyanath Jhansi Abhyarishta and Kottakkal Abhyarishtam are good-quality Ayurvedic medicines. Although there may be slight differences in ingredients and preparation methods, their main action is similar—improving digestion, regulating bowel movements, reducing ama, and balancing Vata. If you were getting good results with Baidyanath, you may continue with Kottakkal and observe the response. The medicine that suits your body and provides better relief is considered more effective for you —rx 1) Abhyarishtam – 15 ml with equal quantity of lukewarm water after meals, twice daily. 2) Avipattikar Churna – 3 g at bedtime with lukewarm water (if constipation/acidity is present). —Diet & Lifestyle Advice: Take warm, freshly cooked, easily digestible food. Drink adequate warm water throughout the day. Avoid excess fried, processed, bakery, and cold foods. Include cooked vegetables, fruits, and fiber-rich foods. Maintain regular meal timings and avoid overeating. —Follow-up: After 2–4 weeks to assess digestion, bowel habits, and overall response to treatment.
