Ek Ayurvedic doctor ke naate main aapki dono pareshaniyon—height (lambai) aur tanav (stress/kamzor yaadashat)—ko poori tarah samajhta hoon. ••Height (Lambai) Badhane Ke Ayurvedic Upay Ayurveda mein Dhatu Poshan (body tissues ka vikas) par dhyan diya jata hai. Height badhane ke liye sabse behtar herbo-mineral formulations ye hain: •Ashwagandha Churna: Yeh sharir mein Growth Hormone (HGH) ko badhane mein sabse madadgar hai. •Kaise lein: aadha chammach (3 grams) Ashwagandha churna ko ek gilaas garm doodh (milk) mein mila kar raat ko sote samay lein. •Shatavari Churna: Yeh mamsapeshiyon (muscles) aur haddiyon (bones) ko takat deta hai. •Kaise lein: Aap Ashwagandha aur Shatavari ko barabar matra mein mila kar rakh sakte hain aur is mishran ka ek chammach roz raat ko doodh ke saath lein. ••Praval Pishti ya Laksha Guggulu: Agar haddiyon ko extra calcium aur nutrition chahiye, toh kisi Ayurvedic doctor ki dekh-rekh mein inka sevan kiya jata hai taaki bone elongation (haddiyon ka badhna) tezi se ho. 2. Tanav Dur Karne Aur Yaadashat (Memory) Badhane Ke Upay Jab dimaag shant hoga, toh growth hormones acche se release honge aur aapko sab yaad rehne lagega. Iske liye Ayurveda mein Medhya Rasayana (Brain Tonics) bataye gaye hain: ••Brahmi Ghrita ya Shankhpushpi Syrup: Yeh dono dimaag ke cells ko taqat dete hain, stress (tanav) ko kam karte hain aur memory sharp karte hain. •Kaise lein: Roz subah khali pet 2 chammach Shankhpushpi syrup aadhe gilaas paani ke saath lein. ••Badam Pak ya Bhige Hue Badam: Roz raat ko 5-6 badam paani mein bhigo dein. Subah unka chhilka utar kar, pees kar doodh ke saath lein. Yeh dimaag ke liye Ojas (energy) badhata hai. ••Nasya Chikitsa: Roz raat ko sote samay Anu Taila ya shuddh Desi Ghee ki 2-2 boondein dono naak ke chhidron (nostrils) mein dalein. Yeh dimaag ki nerves ko shant karta hai aur stress turant kam karta hai. 3. Aahar (Diet) Aur Jeevan-Shaili (Lifestyle) Calcium aur Protein rich diet: Apne khane mein doodh, dahi, paneer, hare patteedar sabjiyan, aur daalein (pulses) jaroor shamil karein. ••Gehri Neend (Sound Sleep): Raat ko 10 baje tak so jayein aur 7-8 ghante ki neend lein. Ayurveda ke mutabiq, growth hormones sabse jyada raat ko gehri neend mein hi bante hain. Raat ko der tak jagne se Vata badhta hai jisse height rukti hai aur stress badhta hai. ••Paani jyada piyein: Sharir mein toxins na jamein, isliye dinbhar mein sahi matra mein paani piyein. 4. Yoga Aur Vyayam (Exercises) ••Roz subah 20 se 30 minute in aasanon ko jaroor karein, yeh spine (reedh ki haddi) ko stretch karte hain aur dimaag mein blood circulation badhate hain: ••Tadasana (Palm Tree Pose): Height badhane ke liye sabse best aasan hai. Vrikshasana (Tree Pose) aur Paschimottanasana. ••Surya Namaskar: Iske 5-12 rounds roz karein. Yeh poore sharir ka vikas karta hai. Bhramari Pranayama: Tanav aur bhoolne ki aadat ko dur karne ke liye roz subah 10 baar Bhramari pranayama karein. Yeh dimaag ko turant shant karta hai.
