Sandhivaat (arthritis/joint pain) mein Riyansh Amrut Juice aam taur par 15–20 ml subah aur shaam, barabar matra mein paani milakar, bhojan se 30 minute pehle liya ja sakta hai. Saath mein Yograj Guggulu 2 tablet din mein 2 baar bhojan ke baad. Maharasnadi Kwath 20 ml + 20 ml garam paani, din mein 2 baar.

••संधिवात (Sandhivata / Osteoarthritis) के लिए रियांश अमृत जूस (Riyansh Amrit Juice) का सेवन एक सहायक औषधि (Health Supplement) के रूप में किया जा सकता है। इसमें गिलोय, अश्वगंधा, नोनी, सहजन (Moringa) और हल्दी (Curcumin) जैसे तत्व शामिल हैं जो जोड़ों की सूजन और दर्द को कम करने में मदद करते हैं। एक आयुर्वेदिक चिकित्सक के दृष्टिकोण से, इसकी सही मात्रा और सेवन की विधि नीचे विस्तार से दी गई है: सही खुराक (Dosage) सामान्य खुराक: 15 ml से 20 ml दिन में दो बार। शुरुआत में यदि शरीर को इसकी आदत नहीं है, तो पहले हफ्ते 10 ml से शुरू कर सकते हैं, फिर धीरे-धीरे बढ़ाकर 15-20 ml पर आएं। सेवन करने का सही तरीका (How to Take) समय: सुबह खाली पेट (Annavaha Srotas के शुद्धिकरण के लिए) और शाम को भोजन करने से लगभग 30-45 मिनट पहले। अनुपान (Anupana): इसे हमेशा एक गिलास गुनगुने पानी (Lukewarm Water) में मिलाकर ही पीएं। संधिवात में ठंडा पानी वात दोष को बढ़ाता है, इसलिए गुनगुना पानी ही सर्वोत्तम है। सावधानी: जूस पीने के बाद कम से कम आधे घंटे तक चाय, कॉफी या नाश्ता न करें। उपयोग करने से पहले बोतल को अच्छी तरह हिलाएं (Shake well)। चिकित्सक की विशेष सलाह (Doctor’s Extra Advice) आयुर्वेद के अनुसार, केवल जूस पीने से संधिवात पूरी तरह ठीक नहीं होता। यह वात प्रधान रोग है, इसलिए आपको अपनी जीवनशैली में भी कुछ बदलाव करने होंगे: आहार पर ध्यान दें (Pathya-Apathya): खट्टी चीजें (दही, छाछ, नींबू), ठंडी चीजें, बासी भोजन, उड़द की दाल, और फास्ट फूड का सेवन तुरंत बंद कर दें। यह शरीर में ‘आम’ (Toxins) और वात को बढ़ाते हैं। बाहरी उपचार: जोड़ों पर स्थानीय रूप से महानारायण तेल या कोटमचुक्कादि तेल से हल्के हाथों से मालिश (Abhyanga) करें और उसके बाद गर्म पानी की थैली या रेत की पोटली से सिकाई (Swedana) करें।

संधिवात (Joint Pain/Arthritis) में Riyansh Amrut Juice का उपयोग सहायक रूप से किया जा सकता है अमृत जूस लेने की सामान्य विधि 15–20 ml अमृत जूस को समान मात्रा (15–20 ml) गुनगुने या सामान्य पानी में मिलाकर लें। दिन में 2 बार: सुबह खाली पेट या नाश्ते से 30 मिनट पहले शाम को भोजन से 30 मिनट पहले यदि पाचन कमजोर है या गैस/कब्ज की समस्या रहती है क्योंकि आपने पुरानी पाचन संबंधी समस्याएं (कब्ज/दस्त) बताई हैं, इसलिए शुरुआत में: 10 ml दिन में 2 बार से शुरू करें। यदि कोई परेशानी न हो तो 1–2 सप्ताह बाद 15–20 ml तक बढ़ा सकते हैं। संधिवात में आयुर्वेदिक जीवनशैली क्या खाएं? गुनगुना पानी मूंग दाल की खिचड़ी लहसुन की सीमित मात्रा हल्दी वाला दूध (यदि पचता हो) तिल का तेल और अलसी के बीज क्या न खाएं? ठंडी चीजें, फ्रिज का पानी ज्यादा तला-भुना भोजन फस्ट फूड और पैकेट वाले खाद्य पदार्थ अधिक दही, विशेषकर रात में जोड़ों के दर्द के लिए घरेलू उपाय महानारायण तेल या तिल के तेल से हल्की मालिश करें। गर्म सिकाई करने से जकड़न और दर्द में आराम मिल सकता है। रोज 20–30 मिनट टहलना जोड़ों की गतिशीलता बनाए रखने में सहायक होता है।
