आयुर्वेद के अनुसार बार-बार पेशाब आना (Frequent Urination) और स्टैमिना में कमी दोनों के कारण अलग-अलग हो सकते हैं। इसलिए केवल “डाययूरेटिक (मूत्रवर्धक)” पाउडर लेना उचित नहीं है, क्योंकि डाययूरेटिक द्रव्य पेशाब को और बढ़ा सकते हैं। यदि आपका मुख्य लक्षण बार-बार पेशाब आना है, तो पहले उसके कारण को समझना आवश्यक है। 6 महीने से अधिक समय से यह समस्या होने पर एक बार ब्लड शुगर और यूरिन जांच भी करा लेना उचित रहेगा। आयुर्वेदिक चूर्ण (स्टैमिना एवं मूत्राशय बल के लिए) निम्न द्रव्यों को समान मात्रा में मिलाकर चूर्ण बनवाया जा सकता है: अश्वगंधा चूर्ण – 100 ग्राम गोक्षुर चूर्ण – 100 ग्राम शतावरी चूर्ण – 100 ग्राम सफेद मूसली चूर्ण – 100 ग्राम सेवन विधि 3–5 ग्राम (लगभग 1 चम्मच) चूर्ण सुबह और रात भोजन के बाद गुनगुने दूध या पानी के साथ अपेक्षित लाभ शरीर की शक्ति एवं स्टैमिना बढ़ाने में सहायक कमजोरी एवं थकान में लाभकारी मूत्राशय को बल प्रदान करने में सहायक सामान्य शारीरिक ऊर्जा बनाए रखने में मददगार आहार-विहार चाय, कॉफी और कोल्ड ड्रिंक्स का अधिक सेवन न करें। रात में सोने से 2 घंटे पहले अधिक पानी न पिएं। पर्याप्त नींद लें। नियमित हल्का व्यायाम और प्राणायाम करें।
