••नमस्ते। एक आयुर्वेदिक चिकित्सक के दृष्टिकोण से आपके इन सभी सवालों का सही, वैज्ञानिक और व्यावहारिक समाधान नीचे दिया गया है। ••1. क्या इस तेल की मालिश से दर्द ठीक हो सकता है? हाँ, बिल्कुल ठीक हो सकता है। आयुर्वेद के अनुसार शरीर में कहीं भी दर्द (Dull ache, radiating pain, या जकड़न) का मुख्य कारण वात दोष (Vata Dosha) का प्रकुपित होना है। ‘न हि वातात ऋते रुजा’ अर्थात बिना वात के शरीर में कहीं दर्द नहीं हो सकता। जब आप औषधीय तेलों से मालिश (Abhyanga) करते हैं, तो: यह त्वचा के माध्यम से गहराई में जाकर बढ़े हुए वात को शांत करता है। मांसपेशियों की जकड़न (Stiffness) को दूर करता है और ब्लड सर्कुलेशन को सुधारता है। नसों की सूजन (Nerve inflammation) को कम करता है, जो सर्वाइकल और साइटिका में सबसे ज्यादा जरूरी है। ••सबसे प्रभावी आयुर्वेदिक तेल: अगर आप महानारायण तेल (Mahanarayan Taila), महाविषगर्भ तेल (Mahavishgarbha Taila), प्रसारिणी तेल (Prasarini Taila) या कोटमचुक्कादि तेल (Kottamchukkadi Taila) का उपयोग करते हैं, तो यह सर्वाइकल, साइटिका और बदन दर्द में सर्वश्रेष्ठ परिणाम देते हैं। 2. तेल का उपयोग (Use) कैसे करना है? मालिश करने का एक सही तरीका होता है ताकि तेल नसों और मांसपेशियों में अच्छी तरह समा जाए: ••हल्का गुनगुना करें: तेल को कभी भी सीधे आग पर न उबालें। एक कटोरी में तेल लेकर, उस कटोरी को गर्म पानी के बर्तन में रखकर तेल को हल्का गुनगुना (Lukewarm) कर लें। मालिश का तरीका (Stroke pattern): ••Cervical के लिए: गर्दन के पीछे से शुरू करके नीचे कंधों और हाथों की तरफ हल्के हाथों से मालिश करें। •Sciatica के लिए: कमर के निचले हिस्से (Lower back) से शुरू करते हुए, पैर के पीछे के हिस्से से नीचे एड़ी तक स्ट्रोक्स ले जाएं। ••दबाव: हड्डियों पर सीधा और तेज दबाव न डालें। मांसपेशियों पर सर्कुलर मोशन और नसों की दिशा में नीचे की ओर मालिश करें। ••स्वेदन (Fomentation): मालिश के 15-20 मिनट बाद प्रभावित हिस्से पर हल्के गर्म पानी की पट्टी या पोटली से सिकाई करें। इससे तेल रोमछिद्रों के जरिए तेजी से अवशोषित (Absorb) होता है। 3. किस उम्र (Age Group) के लोग इसका इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं? ••आयुर्वेदिक वात-शामक तेलों (जैसे महानारायण तेल) का उपयोग 5 वर्ष के बच्चे से लेकर 80-90 वर्ष के बुजुर्गों तक सभी सुरक्षित रूप से कर सकते हैं। ••युवा और बुजुर्ग (16 से 80+ वर्ष): इनके लिए यह पूरी तरह सुरक्षित और अत्यधिक लाभदायक है। बुजुर्गों में उम्र के कारण होने वाले जोड़ों के दर्द (Degenerative changes) में यह अमृत समान है। ••सावधानी (बच्चों और गर्भवती महिलाओं के लिए): यदि तेल बहुत तीक्ष्ण या गर्म तासीर का है (जैसे महाविषगर्भ तेल), तो इसे छोटे बच्चों (12 साल से कम) और गर्भवती महिलाओं पर बिना चिकित्सकीय परामर्श के सीधे इस्तेमाल न करें। उनके लिए सादा तिल का तेल (Sesame oil) या बला अश्वगंधादि तेल अधिक सुरक्षित होता है। 4. शरीर की अंदरूनी कमजोरी (Internal Weakness) को दूर कैसे करें? ••सिर्फ बाहर से मालिश करना काफी नहीं है; अगर शरीर के भीतर धातुएं (Nutritional tissues) कमजोर हैं, तो दर्द बार-बार लौटेगा। अंदरूनी कमजोरी, थकान और नसों की कमजोरी को दूर करने के लिए आयुर्वेदिक चिकित्सा निम्नलिखित है: क) प्रभावी आयुर्वेदिक औषधियां (Internal Medications) ••अश्वगंधा चूर्ण या कैप्सूल: यह नसों को ताकत देता है, स्ट्रेस कम करता है और शारीरिक क्षमता (Stamina) बढ़ाता है। (1/2 चम्मच रात को गुनगुने दूध के साथ)। ••शतावरी और सफेद मुसली: यह धातुओं का पोषण करती हैं और अंदरूनी कमजोरी को जड़ से खत्म करती हैं। च्यवनप्राश या अश्वगंधादि अवलेह: रोज सुबह 1 चम्मच गुनगुने दूध के साथ लेने से शरीर की रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता और ताकत बढ़ती है। ख) आहार में बदलाव (Dietary Recommendations) दूध और ड्राई फ्रूट्स: रोज रात को बादाम, अखरोट और खजूर को दूध में उबालकर लें। यह नसों और हड्डियों के लिए प्राकृतिक लुब्रिकेंट का काम करता है। वात-नाशक भोजन: ताजा, गर्म और थोड़ा घी/तेल से युक्त भोजन करें। ठंडी चीजें, बासी भोजन, मैदा, और अत्यधिक तीखा-खट्टा खाने से बचें क्योंकि ये वात और दर्द को बढ़ाते हैं।
