I am currently taking Saraswatarishta syrup twice daily to manage dizziness. I was also taking Sarivadi Vati, but I discontinued it because it seemed to worsen my dizziness. Additionally, I take Hingvastak Churna to treat gas and constipation. My dizziness remains prevalent and is noticeably aggravated by stress and strenuous physical activity so what should i do now
