----Investigations advised: CBC, esr, Serum Ferritin/Iron Profile, Vitamin B12, Folate, Blood Sugar (FBS/RBS), and culture of facial lesion if discharge/pus is present. -----Rx: 1) Khadiradi Vati – ¼ tablet dissolved in water, apply locally/gargle (if child can rinse) 2–3 times daily. 2) Yashtimadhu Churna – local application with honey on ulcers, 2–3 times daily. 3) SYP alkacip 5ml +15 ml water twice daily after meal 4) Mahatikta Ghrita – 1/2 tsf at bed time with milk ----Diet & Lifestyle: Avoid spicy, sour, packaged foods, chocolates, and cold drinks. Give soft, freshly prepared foods and adequate fluids. Maintain oral hygiene.
