This is my first time taking Hyoonidd, so I feel weak and my stomach doesn’t feel comfortable and please Doc when is the best time to take it, before or after meal

If by “Hyoonidd” you mean an iron supplement, weakness, stomach discomfort, nausea, or bloating can occur when starting it. Take Take it after food if it causes stomach irritation. Avoid taking it with tea, coffee, or milk. Take it with water or as directed by your doctor. Ayurvedic support for digestion: Avipattikar Churna 3 g at bedtime with warm water. Jeerakadyarishta 15 ml with equal water twice daily after meals.
