आपके बताए लक्षण—घुटनों में दर्द, “कट-कट” आवाज, शरीर में कमजोरी, भूख कम लगना, कब्ज, गैस, पेट फूलना, नींद खराब होना और थकान—आयुर्वेद के अनुसार मुख्य रूप से वात दोष बढ़ना + अग्नि (digestive fire) कमजोर होना + धातु क्षीणता (ओजस की कमी) से जुड़े लगते हैं। बार-बार अत्यधिक हस्तमैथुन से शरीर में अस्थायी रूप से कमजोरी, मानसिक थकान और वात बढ़ सकता है, लेकिन यह स्थिति सही आहार-विहार और दिनचर्या से पूरी तरह सुधारी जा सकती है। आयुर्वेदिक समझ वात बढ़ने से: गैस, कब्ज, जोड़ों में आवाज, कमजोरी, नींद खराब अग्नि कमजोर होने से: भूख कम, खाना न लगना, पेट फूलना ओजस कम होने से: थकान, सेक्सुअल वीकनेस, मानसिक कमजोरी घरेलू उपचार (बहुत महत्वपूर्ण) 1. कब्ज और गैस के लिए रात में: त्रिफला चूर्ण 1–2 ग्राम गुनगुने पानी के साथ दिन में 2 बार: अजवाइन + सोंठ + काला नमक (हल्का गर्म पानी के साथ) सुबह खाली पेट: गुनगुना पानी 2. कमजोरी और यौन/शारीरिक ऊर्जा के लिए अश्वगंधा चूर्ण 3–5 ग्राम दूध के साथ रात में शतावरी चूर्ण 3 ग्राम दूध के साथ अगर उपलब्ध हो तो: च्यवनप्राश 1 चम्मच सुबह 3. घुटनों के दर्द और “कट-कट” आवाज के लिए गर्म तेल से मालिश: नारायण तेल या तिल का तेल रोज़ 10–15 मिनट हल्का व्यायाम: धीरे-धीरे सूर्य नमस्कार (कम reps) ज्यादा दौड़ना/कूदना अभी न करें 4. नींद सुधारने के लिए सोने से 30 मिनट पहले: गर्म दूध + एक चुटकी जायफल मोबाइल/स्क्रीन सोने से 1 घंटा पहले बंद करें आहार नियम (बहुत जरूरी) गर्म, ताजा और आसान पचने वाला खाना खिचड़ी, मूंग दाल, दलिया घी थोड़ा मात्रा में केला, अनार, पपीता ठंडी चीजें (कोल्ड ड्रिंक, दही रात में) ज्यादा तला-भुना, मैदा, जंक फूड बहुत ज्यादा चाय/कॉफी जीवनशैली सुधार रोज 20–30 मिनट पैदल चलना देर रात जागना बंद करें अत्यधिक हस्तमैथुन से बचें (शरीर को रिकवरी का समय दें) तनाव कम रखें (प्राणायाम: अनुलोम-विलोम 10 मिनट)

Jab sharir mein ek saath itne saare lakshan dikhte hain—jaise jodon se aawaz aana, kamjori, constipation, gas, aur sexual weakness—to chinta hona bilkul swabhavik hai. ••Is sthiti ko theek karne ke liye hume Agni Deepan (pachan sudharna), Vata Shaman (Vata ko shaant karna), aur Balya/Vajikarana (taqat lautana) par kaam karna hoga. Niche kuch behad prabhavi classical Ayurvedic upaye diye ja rahe hain: 1. Pachan Tantra aur Bhood ko Sudharna (Agni Deepan & Pachan) Jab tak aapka pet saaf nahi hoga aur bhookh nahi lagegi, aap koi bhi taqat ki dawa khayenge toh woh sharir ko nahi lagegi. Abhayarishta: 15-20 ml dawa ko barabar matra mein gungune paani ke saath raat ko sone se pehle lein. Yeh constipation ko door karega aur Vata ka anuloman (sahi disha mein pravah) karega. ••Agnitundi Vati ya Chitrakadi Vati: 1-1 goli khane se 10 minute pehle gungune paani se lein, taaki Agni pradeepth ho aur khana pache, gas na bane. ••Aahar: Khane mein gunguna, taza aur thoda ghee/tel se yukta (snigdh) bhojana karein. Rukha-sookha, thanda, aur maida/fast food bilkul band kar dein. 2. Jodon ke Dard aur Cut-Cut ki Aawaz (Vata Shaman) Jodon mein jo dryness aayi hai, use andar aur bahaar dono taraf se snehana (lubrication) ki zaroorat hai. ••Ashwagandharishta & Balarishta: 15 ml Ashwagandharishta aur 15 ml Balarishta ko aapas mein milayein, usme barabar matra mein paani milakar din mein do baar khane ke baad lein. Yeh jodon ko taqat dega aur Vata ko shant karega. ••Local Application: Ghutnon par aur poori spine par Mahanarayan Taila ya Sahacharadi Taila se halke haathon se rozana maalish (abhyanga) karein, aur uske baad halka sek karein. 3. Sampurn Sharir aur Sexual Power ki Kamjori (Dhatu Poshan) Jab pet thoda saaf hone lage aur bhookh khul jaye (lagbhag 7-10 din baad), tab aap taqat ki formulations shuru karein: •••Churna/Rasayana: Ashwagandha Churna aur Shatavari Churna barabar matra mein mila kar rakh lein. Is mishran ka 1 chammach (lagbhag 3-5g) subah aur shaam gungune doodh ke saath lein. Doodh mein thoda sa ghee milana aur bhi uttam hoga. ••Musli Pak ya Kapikachhu Churna: Yeh Shukra dhatu ko badhane aur sexual weakness ko door karne mein behad prabhavi hain. Main recommend karunga ki aap Musli Pak ka aadha chammach raat ko doodh ke saath shuru karein. 4. Raat ki Nind aur Mansik Shanti Vata badhne se mann chanchal hota hai aur nind ud jati hai. ••Padabhyanga: Raat ko sone se pehle pairon ke talvon (soles) par Ksheerbala Taila ya gungune sarson ke tel se 5-10 minute maalish karein. Isse nind gehri aayegi aur Vata ka shaman hoga.
