Sugar 360 mg/dL bahut zyada hai. Sirf Ayurvedic medicine par nirbhar na rahen. • Diabecon DS – 1 tablet din mein 2 baar, bhojan se 30 min pehle. • Nishamalaki Churna – 3 g din mein 2 baar gungune paani ke saath. • Gudmar Churna – 2 g din mein 2 baar bhojan se pehle. Mithai, cheeni aur cold drinks band karein, roz 30–45 min walk karein. Sugar 360 mg/dL hone par diabetologist se jaldi salah lena zaroori hai.
