Ulti ka bhaw kam karne ke liye, dhaniya (coriander) aur mulethi (liquorice) ka kaadha bana sakte hain. Kaadha banne ke liye, dono ko $thoda$ sa pani ke sath ubalein aur phir din mein do bar ise warm karke peeyein.
Aapne constipation ka bhi zikr kiya, toh iske liye aap daily raat ko triphala churna le sakte hain (1-2 choti chamach garm pani ke sath). Triphala digestin ko sudhaar kar mal ko soft banata hai, aur naturally constipation door kerta hai.
Apne khane mein fiber wale foods jaise oats, sabjiya aur fruits jaroor include kare. Aur, din bhar mein pani acchi amount me peeiyen, takki body hydrated rahe aur digestion theek se ho sake.
