It is completely normal donot worry.
Just get a confirmatory USG done so as to rule out anything else
Normal variation: 10–15% size difference between testicles is common & harmless in healthy males. No pain + no other symptoms → low risk of serious issue.
When to Worry- Sudden pain/swelling, Hard lump, Heavy feeling in scrotum, Fever/nausea (torsion/varicocele/hydrocele).
Monitoring Size log (measure with ruler weekly). After 30 days: Scrotal USG (confirm normal).
No treatment needed if size stable & painless. USG = 100% clarity.

Nothing to worry. Enjoy.
Hello Krishna I completely understand your concern regarding the size difference in your testicles. Noticing one testicle being smaller or larger than the other can understandably cause anxiety, but I want to assure you that slight asymmetry is often normal. So dont worry we are here to help you out😊
In most men, one testicle is naturally a little larger than the other, and it’s usually nothing to worry about.
✅AYURVEDIC PLAN OF MANAGEMENT
✅INTERNAL MEDICATION
These medicines are helpful to maintain testicular health, improve circulation, and nourish Shukra Dhatu, though they cannot fully reverse structural differences caused by anatomy:
1. Ashwagandha Churna– 1 tsp daily (Strengthens reproductive tissues, balances Vata, enhances stamina and vitality.)
2. Shatavari Capsules – 1-0-1 capsules daily (Nourishes Shukra Dhatu, improves hormonal balance, and supports tissue regeneration.)
3. Kaishore Guggulu – 1 tablet twice daily after food (Detoxifying, supports lymphatic health, and helps maintain normal tissue function.)
4. Punarnava Capsules – 1 capsule twice daily (Helps rejuvenate tissues and reduce minor fluid accumulation if present.)
✅ DIET AND LIFESTYLE MODIFICATION
✅ Include
Warm, nourishing meals cooked with ghee, milk, and healthy oils. Protein-rich foods: lentils, paneer, soy, nuts, and seeds. Iron and zinc-rich foods for tissue nourishment: spinach, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds. Herbal teas with Ashwagandha, Shatavari, or Guduchi for tissue strengthening and stress reduction.
❌ Avoid:
Cold, dry, and processed foods that aggravate Vata. Excessive caffeine, fried, or heavily spiced foods. Alcohol and smoking.
✅ Lifestyle Modifications:
Gentle yoga and stretching to improve circulation to pelvic and reproductive organs. Recommended: Sarvangasana, Pawanmuktasana, Bhujangasana.
Moderate exercise, avoiding excessive heavy lifting.
Stress management: meditation, deep breathing exercises, or pranayama like Anulom Vilom.
Ensure adequate sleep and avoid prolonged sitting to improve pelvic blood flow
✅ Medical Advice and Monitoring
Even though Ayurvedic support can enhance tissue health, any new or noticeable difference in testicle size should be evaluated by a physician, preferably a urologist. They may recommend:
Ultrasound of the scrotum – a non-invasive way to detect varicocele, hydrocele, cysts, or other issues. Physical examination to ensure no mass or abnormality is present. Monitoring over time to track changes in size or consistency.
Minor asymmetry is common and usually harmless, but since this is a recent observation, it’s best to combine Ayurvedic supportive care with medical evaluation.
Following the above diet, lifestyle, and herbal medicine guidance will support the health and function of your testicles and reproductive system while ensuring long-term well-being.
Wishing you a good health😊
Warm regards, Dr Snehal Vidhate
Hello Krishna, the two painless balls you have noticed could be benign lumps such as sebaceous cysts lipoma or benign testicular lumps since they are not painful, they are often harmless but is important to get them examined by surgeon or urologist to be sure as sometimes even painless lumps can indicate underlying issues, usually if they are small, soft and not growing rapidly, they do not cause major side-effects, but monitoring is important. Avoid squeezing or pressing them and keep the area clean. If you notice rapid growth, pain, redness, or any discharge, seek medical attention immediately and ultrasound is often recommended to determine the exact nature of such lumps safely
Hello Krishna Having one smaller size and other big size testicles is normal
Donot worry. If you have any problems then you can contact here.
HELLO KRISHNA,
A mild size difference between testicles is common- it can be normal anatomical variation. If there’s no pain, swelling, hardness, or discomfort, it’s usually not a cause of concern. However any sudden change of progressive size difference should be monitored ad checked by a physician to rule out hydrocele, varicocele, or hormonal imbalance
In Ayurveda, such assymery can be linked to vata imbalance- since vata governs movement ad structural variations in the body. It may also related to minor disturbance In Shukra dhatu (reproductive tissue)

It’s not uncommon for testicles to be slightly different sizes: it’s actually quite normal for one to be a bit larger than the other. However, if you’ve noticed a significant change in size or if it’s a recent development, it’s sensible to keep an eye on it. In Ayurveda, health is viewed in terms of balance, so maintaining equilibrium is key.
A key point here is to monitor: if there are no other symptoms like pain, swelling, or discomfort, there may not be an immediate issue. However, it’s crucial to consider the balance of your doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Sometimes an increase in Kapha can cause asymmetrical changes within the body, and in some rare cases, it may be a sign of a deeper imbalance known to influence bodily structures.
To support your overall health and ensure balance, consider incorporating an Ayurvedic routine to help maintain dosha equilibrium. Begin by eating a balanced diet that suits your prakriti (constitution). Favor foods that are warm, light, and nourishing, and incorporate spices like turmeric and ginger to help balance Kapha.
Additionally, engage in regular exercise to boost circulation, which is beneficial for the reproductive organs. Simple practices like yoga and pranayama (breathing exercises) can promote vitality and balance body energies.
Prioritize staying hydrated and keeping a routine, including regular sleep patterns, to aid in overall balance. Warm oil massages (abhyanga) can also support circulation and lymphatic drainage, promoting general wellness. For these, sesame oil is a good choice for its warming qualities.
Nevertheless, Ayurveda strongly emphasizes listening to your body—if you discern any additional symptoms such as a lump, pain, or changes in testicular function, be sure to consult a healthcare professional. It is important to rule out any conditions that might need immediate attention, such as infections or other more serious concerns.
When making health changes, always consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner to better assess the unique requirements of your constitution and to make sure any advice applies safely to you.
