Increase consumption of Omega-3 fatty acids through sources like flaxseeds and walnuts, which have been linked with hair health.

For Ayurvedic treatments, bhringraj oil and amla oil massages can stimulate hair follicles and improve scalp health. Use them three times a week, massaging gently before washing with mild herbal shampoos. Nasya therapy with anu taila can help balance Pitta.

Stress management through yoga or pranayama such as Anulom Vilom can also have profound effects. Practice these daily to balance stress hormones that might contribute to hair issues. Additionally, try to avoid hot and spicy foods which may aggravate Pitta, and instead incorporate more cooling foods like cucumbers and melons.

Addressing proper digestion and fostering a stress-free environment would as well aid in maintaining optimal hair health.
