मैं 60 साल की महिला हूँ। अंदर और बाहर दोनों जगह बहुत ज्यादा सूखापन है। चेहरे पर सूखी और परतदार त्वचा है। हाइपरपिग्मेंटेशन भी है। पित्त-वात प्रकृति है। कृपया आहार और हर्बल चाय में दैनिक दिनचर्या की सलाह दें। साथ ही, चेहरे पर क्या लगा सकती हूँ क्योंकि कोई भी मॉइस्चराइज़र काम नहीं कर रहा है। अब तक कई कोशिश कर चुकी हूँ।
