Keloids that spread increase in size become very painful and are sensitive even to cloth touch usually indicate deep imbalance in tissue healing and immunity Repeated surgeries ,laser and injections often aggravate the condition instead of calming it which is why your daughter is seeing worsening rather than relief
From an ayurvedic healing perspective this condition is not untreatable but it does require patience consistency and a shift away from aggressive procedures
Pain sensitivity and rapid growth mean the body is reacting strongly and internal correction is essential before any local intervention
Internal medicines that are commonly used in such cases include Gandhak rasayan 1 tablet twice daily with warm water after food
Manjistha kadha two teaspoons twice daily after meals
Dashamoola kadha two teaspoon with equal water after meals
Triphala powder half teaspoon at night with warm water
Kaishore guggulu one tablet twice daily after food
Apply a thin layer of pure cow ghee mixed with a pinch of turmeric over painful keloids once daily Avoid rubbing massage heat or friction Loose soft cotton clothing is very important
Options like Agni therapy or kaharakarma can be considered only for selected resistant keloids and only after internal balance is achieved These are controlled therapeutic procedures not surgical burning and must be done by an experienced ayurvedic physician
This is a long term healing journey but relief from pain and sensitivity is very much possible I advise not to attempt any further laser surgery or injections at this stage
