अंडकोष में लगातार दर्द से राहत कैसे पाएं? - #47253

मैं पिछले 7 महीनों से दोनों अंडकोषों में दर्द से पीड़ित था। सभी खून और पेशाब की जांचें सामान्य थीं। पहली बार अल्ट्रासाउंड रिपोर्ट में कुछ द्विपक्षीय एपिडिडिमिस की रिपोर्ट आई थी। कुछ दवाइयों के इस्तेमाल के बाद भी कोई इलाज नहीं हुआ। उसके बाद सीटी स्कैन किया गया, रिपोर्ट सामान्य आई। मैंने कई डॉक्टरों से सलाह ली, लेकिन कोई इलाज नहीं मिला। अब 10 दिन पहले अल्ट्रासाउंड किया गया, रिपोर्ट में कहा गया कि दोनों स्क्रोटल सैक में थोड़ा सा फ्री फ्लूइड देखा गया है। क्या इस दर्द का कोई इलाज है? मुझे कोई सूजन, बुखार नहीं है, लेकिन दोनों अंडकोषों में हल्का भारीपन और असुविधा महसूस होती है, लगातार हल्का दर्द होता है और कभी-कभी ज्यादा होता है। क्या इस समस्या का कोई इलाज और दवा है?
