Mai jab bhi कुछ तीखा खाता हूँ तो मेरे मसूड़ों में आग / जलन होती है ये पीड़ा पिछले तीन महीने से शुरू हुई है, क्या करें??

Namaste Shashikant, Aapki problem — spicy khane ke baad gums me jalan — pitta vriddhi aur oral sensitivity ko indicate karti hai. The focus should be on cooling the system, reducing sensitivity, and maintaining oral health. Bahut zyada spicy, sour, aur garam foods avoid karein. Garam paani ki jagah normal ya halka warm water use karein. Din me 1–2 baar coconut oil pulling (kulla) kar sakte hain, jo gums ko soothe karta hai. Soft brushing karein aur harsh toothpaste avoid karein. Ayurvedic medicines with dose and timing: Kamadudha Ras (mild) – 1 tablet, twice daily after food Avipattikar Churna – 1 teaspoon at bedtime with warm water Local care: Yashtimadhu Churna + honey ka paste bana kar gums par halka apply karein, din me 1–2 baar These are traditionally used to reduce burning sensation, calm pitta, and support gum healing. Regular care se 2–3 weeks me jalan me rahat mil sakti hai. Consultation can help tailor this further to your needs.
