–You have recurrent mouth ulcers and reduced mouth opening (jaw locking) for a long time. This is not normal and needs proper evaluation. —It may be due to: -Vitamin deficiency -Chronic inflammation -TMJ problem -Or a condition affecting the mouth tissues Consult Oral Medicine Specialist / ENT / Maxillofacial surgeon for detailed examination. Blood tests may also be required. — I am recommending you some ayurvedic treatment for supportive care but with that proper blood tests and examination is must. –Internal Medicines: -Khadiradi Vati – 2 tablets, suck slowly, TDS after food -Sutshekhar Ras – 1 tablet, BD after food -Kamdudha Ras (Moti Yukta) – 1 tablet, BD after food -Avipattikar Churna – 1 tsp at bedtime with lukewarm water ----External: -Irimedadi Taila – Gandusha (oil holding) 5–10 min, BD -Apply Yashtimadhu churna + honey locally on ulcers, BD —Advice: Avoid spicy, sour, fermented food Avoid tobacco, supari, gutka Take soft, cooling diet Practice gentle jaw opening exercises daily
