Managing IBS and Loose Stools - #48753

Hi I have IBS diarrhea prone issues from a long time. I have been taking Himalaya Bael tablets and Kutanghjan Vatika….i was taking Hinguchawadi tablets but I recently stopped them…do they cause diarrhea..can I take them for more than 6 months. Is there any thing else I should take for loose stools. Please help.
