IBS ek gut (pet) ka problem hai, disease nahi – medicine sirf symptoms kam karti hai, root cause nahi. Stress, galat khana, irregular routine IBS ko barhata hai. Pet ke bacteria aur digestion weak hone ki wajah se baar-baar problem hoti hai. Dheere dheere hi theek hota hai – herbs, sahi diet aur stress control se 4–6 hafton me rahat milti hai.
Isliye - Patience rakho Healthy khana khao Herbs aur routine follow karo
Ayurvedic Prescription 1. Kutaj Ghan Vati – 2 tablets after meals – 2 times a day
2. Bilva Avaleha – 1 teaspoon after meals – 2 times a day
3. Hingvashtak Churna – ½ teaspoon with ghee – 2 times a day
4. Takra (Buttermilk) with cumin & hing – 1 glass after meals – 1–2 times a day
5. Brahmi Vati (for stress) – 1 tablet at night Diet: Soft, warm, simple food; avoid junk, cold drinks, excess tea/coffee, and very spicy food.
Duration: 4–6 weeks, then follow-up for adjustments.
