Experiencing Bloating and Stomach Discomfort After Eating - #48848

Hello, Doctor. On the 25th, I had some street food as well as khichdi at home. Since yesterday evening, I have been experiencing bloating. I slept without eating last night. I had chills while I slept. The body was warm. I haven't had a temperature since the morning, but I still feel sick to my stomach. Feeling as if my stomach is full. Passed loose stools (just once) this morning. I am feeling sleepy and not having an appetite. Would you kindly provide guidance? Thank you.

Diagnosis: Ajīrṇa / Āmaja Udara Vikāra (Food-borne indigestion) Rx: Hingvāṣṭaka Chūrṇa 👉 500 mg (½ tsp) 👉 BD, before meals with uṣṇa jala (warm water) Śuṇṭhī Chūrṇa 👉 250 mg (¼ tsp) 👉 BD, after meals with honey / warm water Jeerakāriṣṭa 👉 15 ml + equal water 👉 BD, after meals If loose stools persist: 4. Bilvādi Chūrṇa 👉 500 mg 👉 BD with warm water
