Can I Take panchakshar Churn in Chronic Constipation. I am diabetic and having inguinal hernia. Please suggest in the matter.

You should be cautious with Panchakshar Churna because it can act as a strong laxative and may affect blood sugar levels in diabetes. Also, with an inguinal hernia, straining from constipation can worsen it.
- advice:
Focus on high-fiber diet, plenty of water, and gentle physical activity.
-Triphala Churna: ½–1 tsp at night with warm water
-Isabgol (Psyllium Husk): 1 tsp with water at night
