Since last 2 months I have burning sensation in mouth and it’s too bitter all the time. Dr. Prescribed anti acids I took for 28 days still no relief

This is mostly due to Pitta aggravation (Amlapitta) Avipattikar churna – ½ tsp, twice daily after food Kamdudha ras (plain) – 1 tablet, twice daily after food Yashtimadhu powder – ¼ tsp with warm water, once daily Diet Avoid spicy, sour, fried food Take cool foods, buttermilk Drink plenty of water

Avoid addiction if any. Avoid oily spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise and meditation. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Drink sufficient quantity of water. Tab Yashtimadhu 2-0-2 Sy Amlapittamishran 15ml twice Apply cow ghee twice in your mouth. Within 2-3days you will feel the change.
