Doctors' responses

There is no scientifically proven medication that can make gallbladder polyps disappear. Diet and lifestyle can help prevent gallstones, which sometimes contribute to polyp growth, but they cannot reliably shrink existing polyps. - Diet: Low in saturated fats (avoid fried, processed foods). High in fiber (fruits, vegetables, whole grains). Moderate healthy fats (olive oil, nuts). Limit very high cholesterol foods. Lifestyle: Maintain healthy weight. Exercise regularly (30 min/day). Avoid rapid weight loss, which can trigger gallstones. - Oral Medicines Kutki – 1 tablet, twice daily, before meals with warm water Bhumyamalaki – 1 tablet, twice daily, after meals with warm water Triphala – 1 tablet, at night with warm water Punarnava – 1 tablet, twice daily, after meals with warm water Avipattikar – 1 tablet, at night on empty stomach with warm water - Diet & Lifestyle: Avoid fried, oily, spicy foods, sweets, and alcohol Eat high-fiber foods, vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and moderate healthy fats Take small, regular meals; avoid skipping meals Walk 30 minutes daily or do mild yoga, wake up early, manage stress - Follow-Up: Ultrasound every 6–12 months Stop or modify medicines if abdominal discomfort occurs Consult a surgeon if polyp grows >10 mm Tq
