Avoid plain milk (especially empty stomach or night) Prefer curd or buttermilk in daytime If milk is needed: ½ cup, boiled, low-fat, with food Avoid cheese, cream, ice cream, paneer For bloating/gas + fatty liver → buttermilk is best 👉 Milk is optional; curd & buttermilk are safer at this age
