Hlo, According to your description what is exactly happening - - Your symptoms = Vata + Kapha imbalance with weak Agni and Ama - Sticky stool → Kapha + Ama - Loose motion & bloating → Vata - Acne & rashes from pungent meds → Pitta irritation - Cold feeling + dry skin + low energy → Vata dominance Dadimashtaka Churna- - Used for Vata-Kapha digestive disorders (Grahani / IBS) - Helped stool formation ✔️ - Still sticky because Ama not fully cleared Advice - Morning (empty stomach) Triphala churna ¼–½ tsp with warm water - Before lunch & dinner Dadimashtaka churna ½ tsp with lukewarm water - After meals Thin buttermilk + pinch roasted cumin + rock salt - Night Ashwagandha churna ¼ tsp with warm milk/water - Diet (very important) Avoid: curd, cold food, fried, spicy, bakery Eat: warm cooked food, rice, moong dal, ghee Tq
