Seeking Relief from Gastritis and Cervical Spondylitis - #48999

I am suffering from gastritis, passing wind while sometimes constipation and cervical spondylitis since 2024, taken a lot of medicines but all in vain means no relief as such. What treatment should i adopt to get relief

- Diagnosis: Chronic gastritis (Amlapitta) with bloating/constipation Cervical spondylitis (Greeva Sandhigata Vata) - Internal Medications: Avipattikar Churna – 1–2 tsp with warm water at bedtime Trikatu Churna – 1/2 tsp with honey or warm water before meals Ashwagandha vati– 1 tab with warm milk at night - External therapy - - Kati Basti / Greeva Basti (medicated oil therapy) Once a week Use Mahanarayan oil for neck - Abhyanga (daily self-massage) Daily, 10–15 min Use Mahanarayan oil / Dhanwantaram taila - Patra Pinda Swedana (herbal poultice) 2–3 times/week Reduces stiffness and Vata pain - Key Notes: Take all powders with warm water; avoid cold drinks and heavy/oily foods. Eat light, warm, cooked meals; chew food well. Stay hydrated and avoid overeating. Lifestyle: Gentle neck stretches daily Pranayama (Anulom Vilom / Bhramari) 5–10 min/day Adequate sleep; maintain good posture Follow-up: 1 month – assess digestion, constipation, and neck pain improvement.
