Managing Anxiety Induced Dyspepsia with Ayurveda and Allopathy - #49000

Client_1955d1

My endoscopy report is normal. Gastroenterologist prescribed tablet 'itcalmsplus 5/0.5' tablet mentioning as Anxiety induced dyspepsia. And also I consulted Ayurvedic doctor for parallel treatment with allopathic. They prescribed perment capsule 1-0-1, stop ibs tablet 1-0-1, amlapitta mishran 15ml 1-1-1 and amlant tablet 1-1-1. Also doctor asking to take virechana. Is it good for my condition? Is this good to go with both ayurvedic and allopathic. I want to discontinue allopathic later after one or two months

Doctors' responses

Combining both is generally safe, but inform both doctors. Avoid sedative overlap. Stopping allopathy later is possible if symptoms improve; taper Alprazolam gradually. Go through the virechana if u are ready with it, u will get good results, it will clear toxins from your body and after that the effect of medicine will be good and u will feel light.

Dear Friend I can understand your concern. Ayurved can address your health issue. Avoid addiction if any. Avoid oily spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise and meditation. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Tab.Yashtimadhu 2-0-2 Cap.Brahmi 1-0-1 Follow up after 2 weeks.
