Hello, As you have multiple issues which are actually connected to each other please consider diet -lifestyle modifications along with medicines- Medicines- 1. Syrup Ulsant D (ayurchem) 10ml----10ml–10ml 30 minutes before each meal for 30 days. 2. Hingwashtak churna 1 tsp after each meal with ghee for 30 days. 3. Avipathi churna 1 tsp at bed time with a cup of warm milk/warm water for 30 days. 5. Murivenna for applications to joints after warming every day To be applied one hour before hot water bath for 30 days. Follow up after 21 days. Diet- 1. Consume only freshly cooked warm food(not to full stomach) 2. Have your meals at set times. 3. Drink 2 liters of boiled warm water a day. 4. Avoid all processed-deep fried-oily-outside food. 5. Let there be a gap of 2 hours for dinner and going to bed. 6. Avoid red meat for 30 days Lifestyle - 1. Incorporate yogasana(one hour-everyaday) 2. Go to bed at set time. Take care, Kind regards.
